I've spent a great deal of time eating in Restaurants and in any condition Tai tops my list of go to foods

Owning a Triad gets me out of the house, it makes me want to see more and do more, and my sense of adventure has been taken to an entirely new level. During that adventure I need to EAT! Right? Are you with me?

I'm not a professional food reviewer and I'm not going to start now. So I'm not going to give you names of restaurants but I am going to tell you in all my experience of travel the cultures of food that in my mind have stood the test of time and my very "persnickety" as my husband loves to say, sense of taste. Tai for me is at the top of the list. There is almost always going to be a city that you can glide right into with your Triad e scooter and take a seat at a Tai restaurant that will absolutely blow your mind and not your wallet. With a Triad you can ease right into it and glide right home after you have eaten way too much! Ha! Just like we believe in green with our electric vehicles we believe in eating healthy also. Its all one in the same to us.

Whats to love

Things like turmeric, galangal, coriander, lemongrass, and fresh chilies - have immune-boosting and disease-fighting power.Tai food is high in vegentables and antixidants and low in fat, just be careful not to be caught up in the dishes that are high in sugar and you have a winner on your hands. check this out from the Spruce
