What’s Cooking Mexico?

Ah Mexico! Whats not to love when it comes to Mexican food and the Triad to get you there!

The first time I went to Mexico I loved the outdoor but indoor restaurants and the small quaint villages where you could pop in and out to treat yourself with the most outrageously delicious Mexican food. Beautiful architecture, small outdoor fairs, quiet streets and delicious bites along the way await you across the country. This is a place where scooters are pretty on the regular. They are just recently getting introduced to the Kick scooter but the reality is like most not everyone can ride a kick scooter. As much as I like them they are like toys to be discarded, and sadly that's exactly whats happening to them. They are purchased overseas and a logo is slapped on them then they are traced through an app. The non genius of this is almost as underwhelming as the media that is playing into it. They are getting a lot of attention mainly because they are causing problems. The Triad is not interested in that type of clientele.
